Magnolia Trace is a fully entitled project and will include a first phase comprising a 147-site RV resort with approval to expand to 600+/- sites. This project is centrally located in the heart of Natchez, MS, giving visitors convenient access to downtown eateries, nightlife, historical sites, casinos, golf courses, and the iconic Natchez Trace Parkway, a historic 144-mile recreational drive that traverses Nashville, TN to Natchez, MS.
Magnolia Trace sets the stage for an upscale RV Resort with full entitlements. The initial development plans envision an impressive layout featuring 600+/- RV sites, along with a diverse array of accommodations including cabins, park model units, and glamping sites.
